This biometric analysis was authored by Bob Schmitt. One of the first people to work with MIT on their eigenface technology for facial recognition, he is a pioneer in this rapidly developing science. In 1998 Bob founded Biometrica with the objective of providing facial recognition technology to casinos around the world. He sold that company to L-1 Identity Solutions in 2002, and since then has been working on other identification technologies, including Iris recognition.
